Compliance Statement

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75), all models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on TheDimeZone were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to all performers depicted in content on this Site are kept by the Custodian of Records at the address below.

Records Maintained

For each performer depicted in sexually explicit content on this Site, the following records are maintained as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.2:

• The performer's legal name and any names used in the depiction;
• Date of birth;
• A copy of a government-issued identification document verifying date of birth and identity (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
• The title, URL, or other identifier of the work in which the performer appears.

Inspection of Records

Records are available for inspection as required by law. Requests must be submitted in writing to the Custodian of Records at the address above. Records will be made available during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm local time) upon reasonable written notice and subject to the identification requirements in 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.

Primary Producer

TheDimeZone does not host third-party user-uploaded sexually explicit content. All content on this Site is produced exclusively by the Site operator, who is the sole Primary Producer for all content appearing herein as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(1).

Exemptions

Certain content on this Site may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements as it does not constitute a "visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined by the statute. However, records are maintained for all performers depicted in any explicit content as a matter of best practice.

Purpose of This Law

18 U.S.C. § 2257 requires producers of sexually explicit material to maintain age and identity records for all performers. These requirements exist to prevent the exploitation of minors. TheDimeZone fully supports these protections and maintains strict compliance.
