4. Membership & Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method each month until cancellation. Six-month and annual plans are one-time charges with no automatic renewal.

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access is retained until then. No refunds are issued for partially-used billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for single-user use only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. We may terminate shared accounts without warning or refund.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Access the Site if you are under 18 years of age;
Share, distribute, or re-upload any content from this Site;
Attempt to circumvent any access control, paywall, or security measure;
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Site;
Harass, threaten, or abuse the content creator or other users;

Initiate fraudulent chargebacks;

7. Custom Content

Where custom content is offered (Annual tier), all requests must comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion without explanation or refund. Custom content remains the exclusive intellectual property of TheDimeZone. You receive no ownership rights to custom content.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THEDIMEZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

11. Indemnification

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination your licence to access content immediately ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the most recent update date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
