How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings → Subscription, and click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you can't access your account, email billing@thedimezone.com.
I was charged but can't access the site.
Email support@thedimezone.com immediately with your account email and charge date. We will restore access or process a refund within 1 business day.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support@thedimezone.com for manual verification.
What does the charge look like on my statement?
It appears as a discreet generic descriptor — never "TheDimeZone" or anything adult-related.
My 6-month / annual plan expired. How do I renew?
Visit the Join page and purchase a new plan. Your account will be reactivated immediately upon payment.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact billing@thedimezone.com and we will arrange an upgrade with credit for unused time on your current plan.
Content I can see doesn't match my tier.
Email support@thedimezone.com with your username and a description of what you're seeing. We'll resolve it within 1 business day.
Response Times
- Billing issues: 1–2 business days
- Account access: 1 business day
- Content issues: 1–2 business days
- Privacy requests: 3 business days (up to 30 days for formal data requests)
- Safety / trafficking reports: Same day — treated as urgent
