General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content — which is made immediately available upon purchase — TheDimeZone does not issue refunds for membership subscriptions or one-time access plans once access has been granted.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that:
- You have been given full access to the members area immediately upon payment;
- You have reviewed the membership tier description and pricing before subscribing;
- Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed.
Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will review and issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error;
- Unauthorised charge: You have strong evidence that the charge was made without your authorisation and you contact us within 30 days;
- Site outage: The Site was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your active subscription period and you did not receive alternative access;
- Auto-renewal after cancellation: You cancelled your monthly subscription and were charged again after your cancellation was confirmed.
To request a refund under any of the above exceptions, contact billing@thedimezone.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email, the charge date, and the amount.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription before your renewal date from your account settings. We do not refund charges that have already processed for a new billing period if you cancel after the renewal date.
6-Month & Annual Plans
Six-month and annual plans are one-time charges with no automatic renewal. These are non-refundable except under the exception conditions listed above.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly at billing@thedimezone.com.
Fraudulent chargebacks — where access has clearly been used — will be disputed with supporting evidence. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently terminated and may be referred to payment networks and relevant authorities.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@thedimezone.com with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., bank statement showing duplicate charge)
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
